• You must be 18 years or older to purchase on Simsashop.com
• You are responsible for providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• Our products are handcrafted — slight variations in colour, texture, or size are natural and do not constitute defects
• Images and descriptions are for reference only and may vary minimally from the final product received
• All items are subject to availability. Simsashop.com may modify, suspend, or limit quantities without prior notice

• Prices are displayed in Chilean Pesos (CLP) and include applicable taxes (IVA), unless otherwise stated
• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, Webpay, and other enabled payment methods
• We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Confirmed orders will not be affected by price changes

• We make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, but are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or force majeure
• Ownership of the product transfers to the customer once handed to the transport company

All requests are governed by our Returns & Exchange Policy and Chilean law, in particular Law No. 19.496 and the Pro Consumer Law amendments.

• For online purchases, customers have the right of withdrawal within 10 calendar days from receipt of the product
• All returns and exchanges must meet the conditions: unused, in good condition, with original packaging — except in cases of manufacturing defects
• Manufacturing defects are covered by the Legal Guarantee in force in Chile
• Physical returns and exchanges are only available within the Santiago Metropolitan Region due to logistics costs

All content on Simsashop.com — photographs, texts, logos, designs, and descriptions — is the intellectual property of Simsashop.com and its collaborators. Copying, reproducing, or distributing content without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to use the site for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Unauthorised commercial resale
• Distribution of viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Actions that violate Chilean law or harm third parties

Simsashop.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the corresponding product.

These Terms are governed by Chilean law, in particular Law No. 19.496 – Consumer Rights Protection. In the event of a dispute, the customer may:

• Refer to the competent courts of Santiago de Chile
• Contact SERNAC for administrative claims where applicable
