Every order is packed with care and dispatched with intention. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship across Chile.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or Chilean public holidays will be processed the next business day
  • Once processed, you will receive your tracking number by email or WhatsApp

3. Shipping Costs

Costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Weight and volume of the package
  • Region and municipality
  • Distance and accessibility

Free shipping promotions will be announced on the website. Surcharges for remote zones are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times range from 2 to 12 business days depending on the zone. Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Logistics congestion
  • Hard-to-reach areas
  • External contingencies

If delivery exceeds a reasonable timeframe without justification, the customer may request cancellation and a full refund.

5. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched
  • Track your order directly on the carrier's website

6. Damaged or Missing Products

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or tampered with:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Include photos or videos of the package condition

We will arrange a replacement, re-shipment, or refund in accordance with Law No. 19.496 (Consumer Rights).

7. Undeliverable Packages

A package may be returned to our warehouse if:

  • The address provided is incorrect
  • The recipient cannot be located
  • The package is refused at delivery

We will contact you to arrange a new shipment. Additional costs may apply.

8. International Shipping from Chile

We currently ship primarily within Chile. International shipments can be arranged upon special request. All taxes, customs duties, and import costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
